EXAM PAPERS WITH FALSE MARKS???

As an international student, I was told that I had to rewrite the exams, as everyone else due to the leak in papers. Not to mention that 6 extra days from work, for an accountant during month end was an added difficulty.

Got results on the 12 July after UNISA suddenly added fees to my account, which reflected a zero balance on the 2 July 2013. Fees that only made sense to them, not me.

Finally, got the exam results. These papers were definitely not marked. There were at least two questions each paper that required a word for word answer ie notes to financial statements. These counted at least 20 marks each. I am certain to have those right, as i by hearted those very well and was pleased when it was asked.
I could not have failed the exams. Results reflect all failed with 15% to 34%??? I know it is impossible. Yet there are no answers regarding remarks and ones right to see ones own paper.
