Incomplete Results - after 2 months, STILL NO REPLY

ON 12 July I posted a complaint about my LOR results being incomplete on my NSC. Impak said that they will look into the matter and said that I did not hand in my assignments 5 - 7. I did acknowledge that I did not hand them in and after that emails were sent back and forth between myself and Pieter Killian. He kept assuring me that his calculations came up to a percentage which is almost the same as on my certificate so "it must be right".
However, there is a significant discrepancy on how percentages are allocated according to SACAI and according to IMPAK. The assessment sheet I have differs substantially from the one Impak used to work out percentages.
Secondly, even if I work according to Impak's OWN assessment sheet and do not include assignments 5 - 7's marks, I STILL get more than the percentage that is on my NSC certificate. After I emailed this to Pieter Killian, he chose to ignore me. I have sent SEVERAL emails and NO ANSWER.

After more than R33 000, endless troubles with subject material and now incomplete results, I cannot believe that they don't even return my emails.
