Registration process taking foreve

Hi

i registered for 2013 some time in December 2012 before i went away on holiday, i came back first week of Jan with my registration application still not attended to, I had to re-register again for the application to be accepted, to this day still no registration.

i have paid the minimum payment but still nothing.

its irritating that they don't have a call centre, I sent e-mail still no responses. I am really reconsidering studying with them as they don't value us students.

UNISA pull up your socks and attended to our registrations please.
