No Response from UNISA

I requested an official statement of my results from UNISA because I am planning to move universities in 2014.

I was sent an invoice to pay R1800 before I can obtain this result statement. As normal I already paid R1800 (50%) up front when I registered at the start of this semester.

Unisa is demanding this remaining 50% before I can get my results. I do not understand how they can demand this if they posted my study material to the wrong address, which I still have not received up to today. I did not submit one assignment or write one exam this semester. I did also cancel my modules on their website a long time ago.

I have sent countless emails with only automated responses. I sent emails to most people in the finance department directly, with the only replies being "out of office auto responders"

This is unacceptable, I will not recommend UNISA to anyone
