Unnecessary Delays

On the 17 May 2013, I was advised by the consultants from damelin correspondents call center, to forward a cancellation/refund letter in order for them the process my request which will take /- 30 days. Today the 10 June 2013, when i called the call center for progress on my refund, i was advised that the total turnaround time for damelin to make a decision on whether they are going to be refunding me my money back is /- 120days. How is this fair to damelin's students? i paid the fees in full upon registration in 2010 and to date have not received all the study material to complete the coarse!!! I paid the fees without any delay!!! why must i wait for /- 120days to receive my refund. I am sure that this process is unethical and unfair. I have seen countless similar complaints that are on posted all over the internet about damelin, this is truly frightening to thinks that such institute that is supposed to be educating this countries future leaders has such processes.
