Bad attitude and account Query

I attaended school in 2008 this account was under my dads name now 4 Years later i get a call from Mbali saying i owe 11 000 where i didnt even attend school for more than 6 months, she said i must Call Slindile on 0313049340 . I called she was not helpful and even gave me attitude and told me im owing them money. How do i owe them money when i was the student and my dad was the account holder.
i do not appreciate how i was not assisted and i am not accepting this debt and i was not sent a statement or notified. This account was under my Parent
i am not iable

i will contact the Consumer rights Department if this is not sorted
