Outstanding account and bad attitude-Principal

Since I had informed the school that my kid will not be returning in 2014 i have experienced bad attitude from the ADMIN dept. As a parent my acc balance is R5900.00. As a responsible parent I called the school this morning to inform them that the payment will be going through tomorrow instead of today as a result I wanted to make arrangements for picking up the report on Friday and hand in my proof of payment. Mr Baston had such a bad attitude when I asked when is the last day for the admin staff he responded by saying "so are you expecting us to arrange for you to come and collect your report? "he didn't even give me a chance to speak so that he could understand my concern. As a result I drove to the school to complain to the principal Neville Workman. Instead he went off a tangeant and told me how 25% of the parents owe the school, I repeated what I had said to Baston, instead he was insisting on talking and not listening to me and said that he doesnt know what happened with me. These 2 gentlemen undermine the intelligence of "black parents", They treat "wealthy black parents" with respect and the rest of us they couldn't care much same applies to the girls.
