Institute Of Secretarial Studies
No service and no pay back of course fees

We booked for a two day course with the Institute of Secretarial Studies & Skills for Business Development in March 2013. On VERY short notice we were informed that the course had been postponed to 7 & 8 May 2013. Late in the afternoon of 6th May we were informed that the course was once again postponed indefinitely. An amount of R2890 was paid to the Institute on 23 March. We requested a refund with no results and had to request our Attorney to write to the Institute - once again in vain. Our only option now is to report the matter to the Police and take legal action against them to try and get our money back.
