How to lift financial suspension

Good day, my apologies for using this platform for my query however I am struggling to get in contact with anyone at the university. I would like to know how to go about lifting the financial suspension on my UNISA tuition account, as well as what the current balance is so as to settle the account as soon as possible. I've tried calling student services, finance department as well as regional offices but non of those calls have been answered
