ERROR: F126 to create current registration record

I first registered in 2012 for semester 1, there was some problems with my registration and I did not however go trough with the registration process. I tried to redo my registration on the 3th of June 2013, as I had changed my mind on the degrees I wanted to do. When I tried to redo my online registration I got the following error:
