Incorrect Financial Suspension - No Response

I am really not someone who likes to complain on forums like this, but it's my last resort!

When I received my examination timetable letter via the post last week I noticed that it said that my study units are financially suspended due to the fact that I owe the University money. I paid all my fees upfront months ago and on my MyUnisa account online it shows that I owe Unisa R0. I subsequently sent Unisa an e-mail inquiring about this as it will mean that I will not receive my exam marks, but as usual they do not respond.

Please can someone contact me to clarify?
