No answer on telephones or e-mail

I've applied to register to study with Unisa. As the registration end date came closer, I called the personnel at the financial department, who told me that I should be patient and that I'll receive my student number soon to be able to register.
It has been 3 weeks since that date and I still haven't received a student number to register and the registration date has long passed.
Now, when I try to call Unisa, on the eight different numbers I have non of them are answered and my e-mails aren't answered as well.

So what I would love is for Unisa to answer a call or an e-mail, as the first tests are around the corner and I'm still not registered.

Let's hope Unisa hears my call.
