PAYMENT MADE- RECORDS STILL BLOCKED

Unisa has still blocked my academic records even though i settled my account months ago- i never received any notification that i owed Unisa monies, only when i wanted to register after taking a 2 year break- i realised i owed Unisa money i was under the impression that i had a credit as the statement showed that i had a credit. eventually after deciding to pay the balance in 2 parts my academic record is still blocked.

i have sent emails to many different people and explained to the whole lot of them the very same thing yet no results- i used my student number and reference as per the website and the same as my first payment yet nothing has gone through. no help at all and terrible service, wait weeks to get replies and all of them the same!

i cannot understand how such a massive institution can be so unprofessional and blase when it comes to dealing with finances! no-one has given me an answer as to WHY the payment is not reflecting all i keep getting is "please setle you account" no-one cares that i have already done so. very frustrating and infuriating.
