ITC and ITC BA
Still financially blocked on Unisa after payment

I am a student with Unisa and was handed over to ITC BA for an outstanding amount of R1424.00. My student number is 40920933, my student number was also used as the reference number for my payment to ITC BA. Since payment in March 2013 i am still financially blocked with Unisa. I need the financial block to be removed so i can access my results. I have sent numerous emails to Unisa as well as ITC BA without a reply. Please can someone help to resolve my issue which is completely paid up.
