BAD SERVICE

I registered with Milpark beginning of the year and only received my books a month after i registered! Nobody at Milpark liaised with me to let me know about the books and my assignments had to be submitted the same month. I asked for an extension which i got a reply to say it had been approved only after i submitted the assignments! I assumed the extension was applicable to the online assessments as well but to my dismay found today that it does not apply! Again NOBODY informed me about this! I find this institution quite pathetic service related and i am beyond irate and upset as i have to pay for this so called education! From day one my experience with them have been horrific and now i am inconvenienced by having to sit with this bill for subjects that i will not be able to write! This was not fault and the fault definitely with Milpark! I can't seem to express my anger or frustrations for this institutions! Very disappointing!

Will never refer anyone to Milpark! They big time!
