No reply since March 2013

I've emailed Mr M Lesabe about student account where R400 was taken from the credits on his account and R 400 was also paid into the matriculation boards account so for one student there is now R 800 paid over to the matriculation board. I've asked how we can get the R 400 that was paid to much back on the account. Still no reply. I've tried to phone them but like always no reply.
