I must say my experience with Unisa has never been a pleasant one. I first went to apply for my B.Tech in Information Technology. I brought all documentation with me and submitted them. I was later informed that they had lost my documents and asked to fax which I did. When I went to register I was told that they didn't have my documentation after I had got an email from Mahupa Lesufi confirming that there were no outstanding documents. I went back home and came again with the necessary documentation. after sending endless emails and sms's enquiring about the registration dates because (post office was on strike) and unfortunately getting no response I go today and I am told I cant register because registration dates have closed. ALL THAT HASSLE FOR NOTHING.
