Cancellations and Refunds

I registered for a masters degree. Despite not being giving assistance in the selection process I needed to register so I did.
I have been trying to get hold of them by email as they no longer have a call centre and they do not respond. I want to find out what the implications are if I cancel modules and if there is a refund as per the prospectus. All I want is an answer! Someone to speak to or the correct email address of someone who responds.
