STILL NOT RESOLVED

Refer to my initial complaint on the 8th Feb 2013

I lodged my initial complaint and once again got the standard feedback that UNISA send out to all the students. Let me once again make this clear. I applied for 6 modules of which 3 were registered for. No explanation wa sgiven why the long delay and what the error was to start with?

I then raised concrns that i have applied for 6 modules not 3, why have i not been registered for the other 3 as i want to finish up my degree this year.

They then simply respond you have been registered for all subjects relevant to your degree. EXCUSE ME!!! I applied for compulsary modules on a 3rd year level? How can that not be for my degree purposes. If you think you are merely going to brush us aside just so you PR can look great to the ouplic you have another thing coming.

I wnat this resolved ASAP!!! The assignments are due in March and you still cant fix registartions! This is becomming a serious joke. Atleats give a human being an answer to why you cant register someone!
