Incorrect information

On the 08 November 2013 I receive a reply from Sharleen Fourtuin with regards to my deferral of my examination I sent the proof of payment to studentservices@milpark.ac.za when I call her back she said I need to speak to the service depmartment when I speak to them they say I user the incorrect address and it sould be studentservices@milpark.ac.za instead off studentservice@milpark.ac.za but why could Sharleen Fourtuin advise me to sent it to her and until today I have not receive a sms or email please can someone take charge
