Does anyone work at unisa

I moved back to UNISA at the beginning of the year to finish up my studies- I needed credits checked from a previous institute. I was told this could take up to SIX MONTHS so in JANUARY 2013 i filled in the form the way I was told from UNISA EMPLOYEES only not to get any response after sending 13 emails. I eventually found out I was told the wrong information so had to re do the exemption form and now my form has only been lodged. This is utter rubbish. You can never get hold of anybody at UNISA and there is never anybody to help you the people who do work there never know what is going on and constantly pass the buck. Now this is going to hold me back another six months and I am furious all because of somebody elses incompetence.
My myunisa has not been working for days now as well and I just do not understand how it is possible to run an instution this way. I am really regretting move to UNISA again but unfortunately this is the only way I can complete my degree because I have to work.
I am desperate I need these credits checked and surely I shouldnt have to suffer and not study next semester because of someone elses incompetence. FURIOUS AND BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!
