UNISA IS PATHETIC!!!

I have been studying through UNISA for 7 years now and the EDUCATION faculty is PATHETIC!!! I am registered for my LAST PRACTICAL PRS403E (Thank as i will NEVER study via UNISA ever again) and i am meant to send my DSAR25 form in order for unisa to confirm placement!!! i have faxed my form TWICE and have Emailed it TWICE but have had NO RESPONSE from UNISA!!! DO YOUR JOB UNISA FOR HEAVENS SAKE!!! I have done my part and they have NOT done theirs!!! and the worst part is that because of the postal strike LAST YEAR UNISA REFUSED to mark my practical books even though i sent proof of postal slip that it was sent WAY before the due date! I went to see the people at UNISA and the response i got was "you have to re do your prac"!!! So i had to RE DO MY PRAC THIS YEAR!!! UNISA OFFERS NO SUPPORT!!!

THIS IS PATHETIC!!! I want UNISA to confirm my practical placement so i can finish and NEVER study through them again in my life!!! DO your job! YOU ALREADY MADE ME DO IT AGAIN!!! NOW DO YOUR JOB!!! I SENT MY DSAR25 FORM IN MARCH!!! ITS ALREADY MAY!!!
