Poor administrative support and services!!

I am an international student residing in Kuwait, registered for 7 modules for the qualification PGCE. My registration was finalized in March. It is now May and I have not received any study materials from Unisa! I have sent 2 emails to the relevant department (despatch@unisa.ac.za) but all I ever receive is automated responses stating that my email was received. I have managed to download study material from the myunisa website but not all material is available online.
Apart from that, I cannot access my unisa email account. I have mailed them regarding this too but again, received no support.
As an international student, I pay a levy which practically doubles the tuition I pay compared to other students studying within South Africa. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated as I am unable to physically go to the Unisa offices to receive assistance.
