Granite paid for but not delivered

Ordered granite from Mnzansi granite, for the amount of R4200.Paid deposit of R2500 through EFT. on the 18 Feb.thulani from this co. said the deposit did not go through, and he came personally and collected additonal cash deposit of R2500! said granite would be fitted by 21Feb. Did not happen! then he said by the 26 Feb. it would be done. It is now 9 March and we are still waiting. He has not even had the decency to deposit the exra R800 that was paid to him. He hardly answers his phone and always has some excuse. I have to keep phoning him. Twice when he did answer the phone, he promised to call me back. but he never did. The landlines go unanswered also. I am now extremely frustrated, and sitting with an untidy kitchen with loose countertops, as we had to remove them in anticipation of new granite counters. I will never recommmend Mnzansi granite or excellent granite to anyone. Thulani is a terrible businesssman and does not consider his customers at all.
