CORRECTION
We have used Buddy Holliday of JC Maintenance for small initial maintenance projects. Based on his reliability, attitude and most of all pride in leaving a site completed and clean we needed him for a major revamp of our kitchen and bathroom. We were selling a house and were in a hurry. Within a week a new bathroom and kitchen were installed. More than this he used initiative in fixing rough areas and patched these without us requesting of him quoting or expecting extra.
As soon as we had a new home we asked him again to to some renovations and again within a few days all was done.By now we came to trust his judgement and while his team got busy he fixed minor glitches which were needed to be done but not on his quote. This is just the kind of guy he is.
Overall when he leaves for work at the end of a day the site is clean, and especially on job handover.
I really root for small businesses like his to succeed as he takes pride in his trade. He has only been a joy in our lives.
The last time I saw him he had offered to come help me hang the paintings on our new walls. No extra - just wants to help and be a part of making a new home. And he knows i am useless with D
