Incompetence - Unable to do a basic jo

Required custom built flashing for a chimney going through a roof. On 28th March I visited their office to place an order. I took my measurements and dimensions and drew them a proper sketch of all the measurements required, they quoted me and I paid in advance on 29th March according to their terms.
I was promissed a drawing within 2 working days to sign-off. The first drawing took 6 working days, and was so bad that I could not recognise it. Subsequently it has taken a visit to their offices where I sat with their designed and explained my diagram and dimensions to him, and showed and sent him digital photo's of the chimney to help him understand. 4 working days later and 4 drawings later it is still incorrect.
The owner of the business Claudio does not return my calls and is not interested in sorting this out. It is near impossible to deal with such extensive incompetence and inability to perform the service they are selling customers. Don't use them if you want your job finished within a few months.
