Waited 12 working days for a 5 day service

Requested a photo album print online and paid per credit card so that there would be no delay for verification and still ended up waiting 12 working days for a 5 day service. What made matters worse was that when I phoned after 7 days I was informed that the book was still in production, after 9 days it was at cutting at 11 days they did not even phone back, eventually after 12 days they informed me that the album had been delivered to Hatfield on the 1st of March and that Hatfield had sent me an SMS which unfortunately was proven to be incorrect. Hatfield admitted that no SMS was sent. The real sad part is the that I got when inquiring on the status of the album every time.

I received many apologies but I am still very bitter of the misinformed information I received every time, VERY unprofesional
