R735 for a 3 second call out fee!!!

When calling Graeme to log a call out I explained to him in detail what the problem is and he said that it is definitely a problem with the Suntank system and that I needed to pay R735 before anyone would come out which included labour and parts. Just to get to this call to book was a nightmare, he doesn't know how to use Outlook to search for an email... Really?..

I paid and sent proof. Then it took me a day to get hold of him to check his emails and advise when someone was going to come out. The call out team arrived at 10 am that Saturday as promised. Took my ladder got on the roof and 3 seconds later came down and said its the pressure valve which will cost another R900 to have fixed. I was shocked and told them that I explained to Graeme what the issue was and they told me that no normal person at their company would have told me it was a Suntank issue and they would have referred me to a plumber immediately instead of paying the call out fee.

Clearly this company makes their money off unnecessary call out fees. R735 for 3 seconds, pretty good money right, where can I get a franchise so I too can make this sort of money.

I demand a refund!!!
