Leaking gutters

Two years ago we had new gutters installed at our home. The workmanship was supposedly guaranteed. During the first rains that followed we realised the gutters were leaking. We contacted them, Even took pics of the leaking gutters and e-mailed them. The e-mail was never responded to.
