Feeble search and contact

All I wanted from the website was to look at fireplaces and prices. The website search brought up 0 responses for the term fireplaces. The contact message when filled in and sent brought up 404 server does not contain message received or something like that. In other words both my attempts to use the website productively failed due to its poor performance.
This is all simple straightforward stuff that websites got right in 1998 or earlier - Builders Warehouse seems to be still struggling with the concepts of search and contact methodologies... or at least implementing them in a way that works.
In my opinion, this is complacency and seeming lack of care for the customer, which makes me want to use a smaller supplier and pay the higher price...
