No Delivery of goods purchased

I have ordered online LED strip Lights from Future Light. When I ordered I also paid for the products. This happened on the 20th March 2013. It is today the 5th April 2013 and still no product was delivered to me. I have called more than once and only promises were made. When I tried to call again the phone only rang and then went over to the fax line. This is unacceptable as they are fast to take your money but don't produce the goods.
