Terrible Quality of goods

I purchased 30 LED down lights and 2 LED floodlights. Of the 30 down lights only 5 still work, they just systematically start flashing and die.

When I started replacing these lights with a different brand I noticed how bad the quality of light actually was. The 5W models I bought actually give HALF the light of the 3W different brand lights, absolutely shocking to have been misled like this.

The same applies to the flood lights, the 10W model barely gives light compared to the 10W model from Makro, your products are absolutely rubbish.!!

When I first ordered you confirmed that my order was ready, when I arrived I sat and waited outside your offices for 4 hours along with 3 other customers and you still weren't open. When I phoned on the Monday you confirmed that it was OK for me to come collect my order, when I showed up my order WAS not ready! I had to wait another 2 days before I could collect.

Now I have been very patient with the messing around with collecting, but now that all the items are failing I will seriously make an effort to recommend people to NOT buy from you!

How on earth can you even sell such products??
