My Spa was installed in November 2012 by Buildup. Two weeks ago the water stopped circulating, I have tried solidly for two weeks to get someone at Buildup to send out a technician to sort this out - but to NO avail. Unless I call them on a daily basis to enquire when someone will be available, I get no response what-so-ever. To add insult to injury, they are yet to confirm a date or time to come out!!!
This is shocking service to say the least, I am extremely disappointed.
