Be ye warned...

Buildup broke their promises over and over again.

Initial delivery was delayed by almost a week. After many calls, some of which went unanswered and unretured, the spa bath did eventually arrive. However, the wooden box in which it fit was extremely badly made and unsightly. I sent it back.

The second time around (after broken promises on the delivery date), the installers damaged my wall mounted lighting while installing the spa bath. When the installers had left, and upon filling & testing the spa bath, it quickly became apparent that something was seriously wrong (leaking water). After phoning Francois, he admitted that they had forgotten some of the parts, but no one had mentioned this when installing and then rushing off. I wonder if they would simply have left it as is if we hadn't raised a stink?

When the installers returned to install the forgotten parts, they left very quickly. When I tried to get them to come back and show me where the respective controls were, they refused. Now that I've tested the spa bath again, it's become clear that it's defective. It sounds like a plane taking off & the jets seem to be faulty.

I'm demanding my 50% deposit back.
