Sheeting Direct went the extra mile when I needed it most.
The wrong profile sheeting was delivered to site after a misunderstanding two weeks ago.
We only realised it yesterday afternoon after opening the cover over the sheets.
I contacted them and they arranged for the correct sheeting to be available for us today to collect and took back the wrong stock without charging a handling fee even though the stock was cut to a specific length.
We can now complete our work tomorrow without delay or loss of income.
