I intend to do additions to our home. In Dec 2012 I was recommended to approach Will Smith. He came out, took all the measurements, and didn't bother corresponding back for ages. I was out of country, but he still failed to respond to all communication. I went to his home in Feb, but he didn't answer. Eventually, I sent him a threat, to which he then responded.
