Damaged Goods

I bought Dinning suit and Bedroom suit from these people last year. My Dinning chair were damaged i told them, they collected them to be fixed and come back worse than before. I told them i want my chairs to be replaced they told me that their factory is closed they will replaced them in January now is March i kept on calling them they say they are busy with my query. Now when i phone them trying to find out when are they going to deliver they pretend that their phone is not working.
with the bedroom i told them to replace the complete base set which includes the header and foot res and i even ask them why their dresser and side pedestals having such a lot of running paint they also promised to replace everything.
