We have just moved into our first home and having the right bed is essential to a good nights sleep.
Karen from the word go made us feel right at home. She gave us the information we needed and let us try out the beds at our own pace. She has been a breath of fresh air and made the whole experience a dream come true. There were a few issues with the bed on arrival and in no time she had sorted it all out and made sure we were happy with our bed. Her standard of service is impeccable and I cannot fault her dedication to Bedroom Basics. I will always shop there and recommend everyone does the same.
