Refusal accomodation in booked bungalow

In Jan 2012 I made reservation and paid for most luxury bungalow at Skukuza Camp, designated as LR2W for two nights. This bungalow includes: 1 bedroom with 2 single (or 1 double) beds, Air-conditioning, DSTV (Limited Channels), Fridge, KITCHEN, Wc and shower. Upon arrival, we have been accommodated in bungalow which included: 1 bedroom, Wc and shower. Kitchen appliances have been located on uncovered veranda. Unfortunately, it was raining and all appliances with exception of fridge have been exposed to rain, including hot plate. Inside of bedroom, AC and TV did not work and everything was archaic and very old. Number of this bungalow was 68. At reception we have been advised 'You have what you paid for'. Because bungalow no 68 was un-inhabitable, we had to leave Kruger Park. Finally, we have been advised that we will be refunded money. Despite effort from SANParks to assist us with money recovery, Kruger Park management ceased any cooperation and money have not be re-funded. Obviously our booked bungalow LR2W was occupied by others.
