Thank you - I will never forget

I was in the market to purchase 2 of the cheapest beds. As I was comparing quotes I somehow got hold of the regional manager of Durban Mattress King - Dane, who gave me a good deal, I had explained to Dane that the day I arrive in Durban the house would have no furniture and I need a bed to sleep on. On the day I moved down to Durban, after the allocated time period I phoned Dane to check why the delivery was late. He said he would call me back within 30 minutes and confirm. 20 minutes later he called me and said that they did not have those cheap beds in store, but before I could even say anything, he said he had confirmed with his superior and he had a resolution and I would be getting 2 beds of a better quality than that I had paid for within the hour. He was true to his word.
This was by far the greatest service I have ever received for a long time.
