I regularly shop at both the Claremont and Constantia Pick n Pays, and it is getting ridiculous now how often they do not have the basics that I specifically go there for, like baby formula, nappies, and tissues. Being a working mom of 2 small kids I do not have the time to run around from store to store for what I need. I have complained to various managers at Claremont no less than 4 times, with no improvement, just excuses. You wonder why the company is not doing so great, well how about getting the basics right?!
