Is this people for real??? Or just another!!

I received an email for Job Offers in Ghana with big money to make about a week ago.

I sent my CV and within 2 days received an Appointment letter stating that I can resume with David Barrett Construction in Ghana on 18 February 2013, withou me even organizing my passport yet?

The "Immigration Office" - Michio Emerson Chambers contacted me now to say that I must pay 185 pounds Courier Fee to get all my Travelling Documents to me. this doesn't sound right!!

Anyone else got some similar experiences like this, cause I am feeling very fishy about this
