Not worth the money paid!

Besides keeping me waiting for over a month (after I paid in full) for a jacuzzi cover to be made and delivered, the item arrived and within three weeks, started to fall apart at the seams. The entire jacuzzi cover buckled and bent after the first rain fell, making it no longer useful. The company in question insisted I return it (knowing full well that I have no vehicle big enough to transport it in) and refused to collect or refund me. Their response has been that I am being "unfair"! Really??? Charging clients R2500 for a product that lasted less than a month is acceptable to them! I have had no choice but to purchase a better quality product from a competitive company. Shocking that we as South African's allow this type of bad service and poor workmanship!
