Poor Installation, Product Defect, Bad Attitude

I ordered wallpaper to be installed on 2 walls in my new house.
The person I dealt with in choosing the wallpaper was Felicity Basset
The installation team arrived on site, had a fight with the builder, and did not know where to install the wallpaper
Felicity was requested to come to site to supervise her installation team. She refused saying that they knew what they were doing
The installation went ahead, the wallpaper had colour variation faults and was very badly installed on both walls
Felicity was requested to come and inspect the faulty wallpaper and installation but she refused
I requested for the wallpaper be removed, the walls reinstated to their previos state and my deposit to be refunded
4 months later I receive a letter of demand for the final balance from Dean Bassett. I refer him to all previous correspondence about the faulty product and installation. He informs me that he is aware of this and will be handing me over to the credit bureau
