In brief
Jan 24 Lawnmower was handed in for major service. Owner said there is a waiting time of 2 weeks before work can start. Will quote. (they are very busy)
Feb 15 Didn't hear anything so followed up. Followed up. No excuse for long waiting time. Only then mentioned that quoting happens after the 2 weeks. Got a quote a day later with commitment to complete service and call back within 11 hours.
8 Mar Still no call received. On follow up they claimed to have left a message.
9 Mar Went to pick up my lawnmower. I admittedly went there unhappy with the cause of events. I am not a person that EVER use foul language. Not even when I am upset.
I also did not mean to say anything about any of the events. They recognised the fact that my wife called the previous day and that she was upset. I merely confirmed that I was not happy with the service. They started offering expatiations, in a sense accusing me. When I dismissed these excuses (and after they received payment) I was sworn at in no uncertain terms. Body language changed to very aggressive. Translated in English - "f you" "you are making me the m in" "take your k".
Just take note when dealing with them.
