Installation of pool is taking 2 months and counti

Dirk de Vos is responsible for the installation of our pool in Steelpoort. On the 13th of December 2013 the installation started. The hole was dug and the pool transported to our house. They stopped with the installation on the 15th of December 2013 with the commitment to start again on the 3rd of January 2014. On the 3rd of January 2013 no one pitched. We tried to get hold of Dirk without any success. The next Monday, the 6th of January, Dirk smsed to say his team will start again that week. Since then the fibre glass swimming pool is standing on our grass. Every day we will receive a sms from Dirk telling us he will be at our house "tomorrow" or his workers are on their way. Up to today no one has pitched. We have this massive hole in our yard with the fibre glass swimming pool next to it, tall grass growing around it. Please help for we are desperate.
