Dishonest and immoral conduct

The contractors were summoned to repair a roof leak. They quoted R7028.10 to do the repairs and the quote was accepted. Work was done but poorly and the contractors were asked to return as all the leaks were still leaking. It took weeks just to get a response as all the contact numbers divert to one persons phone, Grant. He hardly ever answers and screens calls, not answering if he sees that I was phoning. The owner is Jenny but she refuses to speak to clients and sporadically answers emails. Grant also refuses to supply me with her contact details. After an enormous effort to contact them, they returned a few times, never solving the problems. The result is that I've spent R7000 and have had ZERO results. Grant refuses to answer my calls and Jenny Miller has taken the cowardly approach of not getting involved.. They are no better than. Beware.
