Shocking service and then blaming someone else!

I ordered burglar bars on 28 Nov. 2012 to be fitted into one of my rental properties. I was told to pay a deposit and the order would be ready within 3 weeks at which time I will be contacted to arrange an appointment for fitment. I inquired about a 'shut down' period over Dec. and was told that they would only be closed for a few days over Christmas, so this shouldn't affect my order. On 9 Jan. I had heard nothing further, I contacted them and was told that in fact they had shut down and would reopen on 14 Jan and could expect them 3 weeks from this date! On the 7 Feb I contacted them AGAIN and was told the order had just gone in for galvanizing and would be another week, however they had outsourced the work and the contractor would now contact me! Finally on 19 Feb after numerous phone calls and emails to Quattro and the contractor "Herman" I was told they were ready to be fitted on 23 Feb, which they were. This is disgusting service!! I wanted to place a tenant by 1 Jan and could not as there were no burglar bars fitted! I waited a total of 10 weeks (that's not including the 1 week they were meant to be closed) for something I was told would take 3 AND it was outsourced!
