Absolutely NO Business Etiquette WHAT so EVER

I have never been spoken to by a service provider like this in my entire life. Upon awaiting confirmation from the owner of the house regarding the acceptance of the invoice payment from the insurance, I have just been called white trash, my husband's nationality was slandered and i was sworn at, being called Lower Class White Trash. he screamed at me the entire call, telling me if im too broke to pay my bills, I shouldnt get them in to do work. I am left in shock at what just happened. He then made a comment and when I called him out on it, he said yes I am, so what. This is by far the most disgusting service I have ever been dealt. The CPA will definitely be hearing from us.
