Pikitup will not pick up neughbours trash on lawn

Hi,

I have called several time to complain about the fact that Pikitup does not remove all the rubbish placed outside my house. I live on a corner stand and the neighbours tend to leave all there packets on the corner. Pikitup workers are under the impression that this is all my rubbish. Eventually the guys come digging for recycling and they do not close the packets. On windy days the dirt flies everywhere and it ends up looking like a pig sty. Can Pikitup please place a NO DUMPING sign outside my house if they are not prepared to remove everyones trash left outside my house. When the dirt stands for more than 2 weeks, the rats appear and it smells very bad. This makes the area look very dirty and disgusting.
